Do I need to make an appointment or can I walk in?

It is best to make an appointment in advance to avoid long waiting times. Walk-ins are accepted depending on slot availability. We highly recommend booking through WhatsApp for your convenience.

Do you accept insurance or panel patients?

Yes, we do. We currently accept PMCare and Micare panels. For payment flexibility, we also offer installment plans via Spaylater, Atome, and EZPay. Please contact us beforehand for verification.

Do I have to complete all treatments at once?

Not necessarily. At Bayu Dental, we understand that every individual's needs are different. Treatments can be done in stages according to your budget and dental health requirements. Our doctors will discuss the most suitable treatment plan for you.

Are installment plans available?

Yes, we provide easy installment plans for selected treatments such as Braces, Crowns, and Bridges. You can use Atome or SPayLater to enjoy 0% interest installment payments.

Is the clinic open daily?

Yes, we are open daily to serve you. Our operating hours are:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(Break Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

Our clinic is located at Bangi Sentral, Bandar Baru Bangi. Our location is strategic and easy to find, with ample parking facilities for our patients.
